Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at neseliharflershop@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution if applicable.

Claims regarding damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products once delivered.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, please place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you may have certain statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not accept voluntary returns beyond legally required obligations.

If applicable, cancellation requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for delivered items.

Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

  • Item received is defective
  • Item received is damaged
  • Wrong item was shipped

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
